I was lucky enough to have today off from work, so I made a trip to the mall and did some shopping online. I ended up snagging 3 items off my Weekend Wishlist! I got the pink and ivory flower brooches from Newport News, the Charted Course Tank in grey from Anthropologie and (see my post from yesterday for pictures) and the Wide Studded Leather Bracelet in White from Nordstrom.
In addition (yes, there's more!), I finally got the camera of my dreams from Craigslist- the coveted Nikon D40! It will take me a while to learn to use it correctly, but I did manage to snap a few photos to share with everyone tonight.

This is my baby, Chloe. Despite the photo, she is a sweetheart (most of the time). I couldn't help but chuckle when I zoomed in on this on my view finder. Not bad for a first shot.
My OOTD photo isn't the greatest as I'm still learning. I may have to stick with the iPhone a few more weeks...

Chloe and Sophie making there OOTD debut. Sophie is the white cat striking her most "lady-like" pose. Chloe is the "creeper". I am sure you will see a lot of them from here on out. They love the camera!

Cute outfit---I too am still struggling with the pics for the outfit post. I think I need to invest in a tri-pod. Who knows---practice makes perfect..oh and cute kitties--adorable!
